Bryan ISD is hosting two opportunities for students to get their athletic physical done for next academic year. They are open to all students that will be 7th-12th graders next year, regardless of the school they will be attending. All students are encouraged to get their physical completed by their primary care physicians, however we wanted to provide these opportunities for those that are unable to see a primary care doctor.

Physical forms are available in the athletic training rooms, athletic offices, or from middle school coaches starting on . Additionally, it can be found on the link at the bottom of this email, however all physicals must be dated after to be valid for next year. The medical history form MUST BE SIGNED BY A PARENT and completed before the physical exam.

- An action plan is required for students with asthma, seizures, diabetes and severe allergies that may result in respiratory distress. These forms must be completed by the student's primary care physician. All forms are available at the link included.
All additional UIL and BISD required paperwork has transitioned to an online system. Please visit https://bryanisd.rankone
sport.com to complete these forms. In order to complete these forms, you will need the student's full name as it is registered with Bryan ISD and student ID number. These online forms do not need to be completed at the same time as the physical. However, they must be completed prior to the student competing in any practice or games for next year. Computers/ipads will be available on physical day to assist all parents that wish to complete online forms while waiting.
Additionally, we will be offering optional ECG screenings for $20. All BISD students, parents and staff are welcome to get an ECG. These are not required to participate in athletics. In order to receive an ECG, all participants must have a signed consent form available at the link below.
