Dual Credit

Bryan High School has an agreement with Blinn College (see below) to offer dual credit classes for eligible juniors and seniors. Taking a dual credit class means that credit is awarded for both high school and college. The high school credit is weighted on a 6-point scale.

US History (11th grade) -- HIST 1301 and 1302

English 4 (12th grade) -- ENGL 1301 and 1302

Government (12th grade) -- GOVT 2305

Economics (12th grade) -- ECON 2301

Blinn representatives will be on campus this spring to present information about taking dual credit classes for next school year. All students wishing to take dual credit classes next year will need to contact the Blinn Testing Office to set up a time to test. For further information, please stop by your counselor's office or the GO Center for a handout.
