Bryan ISD is hosting two opportunities for students to complete their athletic physical for the next academic year.  They are open to all students who will be 7th-12th graders next year, regardless of the school they will be attending.  This includes anyone involved in athletics, cheerleading, band, and drill team.  All students are encouraged to get their physical completed by their primary care physician, however, we wanted to provide these opportunities for those who are unable to see a primary care doctor.

April 17th @ Rudder High School field house beginning at 4:00

Doors will close at 5:30.  Anyone in the doors by 5:30 will receive their physical.  Park in the gym lot and enter through the main doors of the field house facing the school.  All Davila and Rudder High athletes are encouraged to come on this date if possible.

May 15th @ Bryan High School field house beginning at 4:00

Doors will close at 5:30.  Anyone in the doors by 5:30 will receive their physical.  Park in the gym lot, and enter through the field house doors facing the gyms.  All SFA and Bryan High athletes are encouraged to come on this date if possible.


Physical forms are currently available in the athletic training rooms, athletic offices, or from middle school or intermediate school coaches.  Additionally, it can be found on the link at the bottom of this email, however, all physicals must be dated after April 1st to be valid for next year.  

The medical history form MUST BE SIGNED BY A PARENT and completed before the physical exam.

  • $20 

  • Bring glasses or contacts if necessary

  • An action plan is required for students with asthma, seizures, diabetes, and Epi-pens.  The student's primary care physician must complete these forms.  All forms are available at the link included below.

Additionally, in conjunction with the athletic physicals, BISD nursing services will be hosting a low-cost vaccine clinic for students to get their immunizations required for school.  Insurance is accepted, but there will also be a cash option.  Below is a link to pre-register.
